How to apply a Study (X) Visa

How to apply

1.You must come to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate -General in the consular jurisdiction in which you live to submit the application; .If you cannot come personally, you can entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to come to the visa office to apply it.

1. A Mail applications for visa sn’t taccepted and will be refused.But the Mail back service is available (see the contact detail of mail back servise)

2.No appointment is needed.

Something you need to provide:

1.Your valid & actual passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity ,and at least one blank visa page in it.

2.Fill your Visa Application Form (Q1) with one passport photo (black & white or color is ok)

3.The applicant who will study in china more than one year should provide a document of  ”Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen. “

3.The applicant should provide ” Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW201 or JW202) issued by the authorized Chinese unit” , inclose an enrollment letter from the Chinese school.

5.If you was born in China,you are required to submit your original Chinese passport when you first time apply a Chinese visa as a foreign citizen.

please pay attention to:when you fill in visa application form ,make sure the form completely, correctly and legibly, or else this can lead a delay in processing ,and the refusal of the requested visa.

The fee of visa

;$100 USD for American, and $30 USD for citizens of other countries.
(You can pay it by Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Company Check or Cash. )

The time of processing

The regular time is 4 working days.If you want to get it fast, you can add fees of $30 for 1 working day processing ,or $20 for 2-3 working days.

Note:

1.Generally, (X) visa is valid for three months. The holder of a (X) visa must go through residential formalities in the local public security department within thirty days of entry into China.

2.If a person who suffering from mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or other such infectious diseases.He or She can’t permit to come to china.
